DJOMO — LION, WARRIOR, KING depicts great leader in a post-modern day African nation. This future world has become a treacherous place where survival is a daily trial. His melanin protects him from the scorch of a depleted ozone. Djomo brandishes tribal marks to symbolize his victories — there is plenty of room for more.

There is a story behind my artwork. I think cinematically. The Tribal Fusion series is a journey into a future world — one that has evolved into place where inhabitants have adapted to survive. The NOMADIANS brave the brutal sun scorched desert wastelands. They are formidable warriors, poised to defend all they claim. They are loyal to King Djomo (see LION, WARRIOR, KING ). He wears his wealth on his wrists — silver baubles that contain precious elements.
